Air Suspension Compressor Piston Seal + Valve Block Solenoid 'O' Ring + Diaphragm Seal + Air Dryer Repair Kit

EAS fault illuminated on Dashboard /Vehicle will not lift from access mode / Vehicle takes to long to raise to normal ride height /Compressor running too hot to touch ( in normal operation ).

Diagnosis

If your vehicle sinks down over night it is critical that your repair the leaks to your valve block solenoids by replacing the orings within them and replace leaky/cracking/brittle air bags and pipework to protect your overhauled compressor unit and allow your vehicle to perform as it should. Take particular notice of scratches on the air bag air pipe ends and incorrect pipe removal of the various piping to the solenoid valve block from past repairs will result in unecessary air loss from the resorvoir. We recommend that you carry out compressor run time tests on first start up of the vehicle over a 15 minute tick over period with the vehicle on level ground after you have overhauled your units ! to identify if there are any further problems causing your rebuilt unit to cycle to often.

The latest P38 Air Compressor High efficiency piston seal for your P38 Range Rover manufactured out of cutting edge materials technology and far superior in performance than the regular style cup seals pictured in picture 2, extensive testing with this design as proven to our design team this is the next leap in advanced seal design to benefit our loyal customers and is a proven product. Some newly supplied aftermarket compressors incorporate a pre-energiser O-ring  system fitted under the seal, ! this  product is designed to be fitted to the original Land Rover supplied OEM unit fitted to the vehicle from new! the majority of newly supplied aftermarket compressors in the market place are the same design as the originanls oem unit in terms of piston connecting rod piston seal clamp system design, suitable for our product ! however there are some aftermarket compressors that have a pre energiser oring fitted under the seal which in our opinion is a very poor design ! if you discard the o-ring it may be possible to use this product, but please take this into account when ordering.

Valve solenoid Orings are carefully sized to fit correctly and manufactured from the same as Oem ! unlike other seller non Oem spec red orings that can cut easily on assembly, this is a proven product over many years of supply and comes with extra orings for the air bags or can be used in the air pipe collets for future pipe removal tasks ,Diaphragm seal is manufactured to original specification and comes as a complete item incl insert !unlike other suppliers offering only half of the diaphragm seal assembly compromising final fit problems. We recommend placing all kit orings on the supplied kit picture incl in the packaging to check inventory before commencing with repair and placing your old orings on a duplicate when you remove them methodically.

Air dryer filtration components reqiure periodically changing as this can affect the pressure output due to block filters, condensated filtration granules can also reduce efficiency of the Eas system on your vehicle ! replacing these parts will keep your system optimised.
