Air Suspension Valve Block Diaphragm Seal Repair Kit
Air leaking from valve block exhaust port, vehicle on bump stops, EAS fault illuminated on Dashboard / Total Vehicle air suspension failure / will not lift from access mode / vehicle takes to long to raise to normal ride height /Compressor running too hot to touch (in normal operation).
Diagnosis:
If your vehicle sinks down over night it is critical that your repair the leaks to your valve block solenoids by replacing the 'O' rings within them together with this diaphragm seal repair kit.
Replacing leaky / cracking / brittle air bags and pipework to protect your overhauled valve block assembly & compressor unit allows your vehicle to perform as it should and prolongs the life of your air suspension components.
Take particular notice of scratches on the air bag air pipe ends and incorrect pipe removal of the various piping to the solenoid valve block from past repairs will result in unecessary air loss from the resorvoir.
We recommend that you carry out compressor run time tests on first start up of the vehicle over a 15 minute tick over period with the vehicle on level ground after you have overhauled your units to identify if there are any further problems causing your rebuilt unit to cycle to often.
